Students Getting Replacement Laptops

Starting the week of May 4th, IT will be working with VanPool to deliver laptops to students with an inoperable laptop.  Deliveries will be made on Tuesdays and Thursdays by VanPool (requests received by Thursdays at midnight will be delivered on the following Tuesday and requests received by Monday at midnight will be delivered on Thursdays).  The ONLY WAY for students to request a replacement is to reach out to IT via the Student Help Desk in MS Teams (which is accessible from smartphones).  Phone calls or emails to members of the IT department will not result in a replacement device.

 

If IT determines that the computer cannot be repaired remotely, the student/family will be given a link that will allow them to complete a request form (we also cannot provide a replacement if the student or family have not followed the directions provided by IT to resolve issues remotely).  VanPool has been instructed not to provide a replacement unless the broken device is retuned along with the power cord.
